How it works
Little Harbor is built around the real rhythm of travel nursing: short timelines, new cities, and a family that needs to feel grounded before you can focus on your work.
Getting started
We start with a real conversation — not a form. Tell us about your upcoming assignment, your family's lifestyle, what matters most, and any special interests or needs. The more we know upfront, the more useful everything that follows will be.
Before you arrive
With your priorities in hand, we help you identify neighborhoods and housing options near your assignment. We look at proximity to your hospital, pet-friendly buildings, walkability, and the kind of community feel that makes a temporary city feel like a real home.
Before you arrive
Once housing is in place, we focus on childcare and/or pet care. Whether you need daycare, a nanny, a local vet, or a dog walker — our team researches options that fit your schedule, your family's needs, and your timeline so you arrive with a plan, not a to-do list.
Assignment to assignment
Your preferences and notes travel with you. Every assignment, we build on what we already know about your family — so the process gets easier each time you move.
Little Harbor is designed for any healthcare professional who relocates for work — travel nurses, locum physicians, traveling therapists, and their families. If your work takes you to new cities and you have a family to settle in, Little Harbor is for you.
